In addition, Nicole will guide the executor through the process of filing the necessary documents, making the required notifications, and completing the entire probate process.
The definition of an estate, in the legal sense, is the property (real and personal) a person owns at their death. Whether the value of the property is $500 or $5,000,000 you have an estate either way. An estate plan is about having a plan (a blue print) for your estate (your assets) regardless how little or how large that is. An estate plan is really a gift for your family as it helps provide guidance and structure during a difficult time.

Meet Nicole Pavlik
In 2003, Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, with a major in Criminal Justice. Nicole began her legal career as a paralegal in Arizona law firms beginning in 2004 and continued while she attended Arizona Summit Law School as a night student.
Nicole’s success as an attorney stems from her focus on client relations and problem solving. She is known for her outstanding personal attention to each client.
In addition to practicing law, Nicole spends her professional time giving lectures on the importance of what she calls “protective legal documents” – trusts, wills, powers of attorney, living wills, etc.
Although Nicole is originally from Ohio, Nicole considers Arizona home. She grew up playing golf and was active in the Junior Golf Association of Arizona from the ages of 9-18 and attended Wichita State on a golf scholarship. Nicole is also an accomplished runner who has participated in over 60 races ranging from 5k’s to full marathons.
Nicole enjoys getting to know her clients on a personal level. She carefully listens to her clients and is never too busy to answer a question.
Nicole does not want price to prevent businesses and families from getting their affairs in order. Nicole provides packages, flat fees and payment plans if necessary.
Nicole spends as much time with each client as necessary. She goes over the documents with her clients to ensure that they understand what they say and why she has prepared them. She wants to make sure that her client’s wishes are accurately reflected in the documents.
